Are you passionate about making a positive and lasting difference for the people of Hull? Care and support in Hull is transforming and Hull City Council and Hull CCG are looking for exceptional individuals like you to join the Integrated Commissioning and Contracts Monitoring Team.

You will be a qualified social worker, nurse or Allied Health Professional (occupational therapist, physiotherapist etc.) with substantial experience of delivering or commissioning personalised care and support services. You will be required to contribute to the development of a personalisation strategy and lead the delivery of the extended roll out of Personal Health Budgets, Social Care funded Personal Budgets and Integrated Personal Commissioning on behalf of both commissioning organisations.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of the commissioning, quality and brokerage teams, to ensure that personalisation is central to all commissioning activity. 

The post is fixed term for 2 years due to the availability of external funding and secondments will be considered.
