Customer Service/ Sales Advisors

We want our customers to have an easy and effortless experience and so we are proud to be investing in a new Customer Engagement Centre based in the centre of Hull. We are looking for Inbound Sales Advisors and Customer Service Advisors who can deliver an outstanding customer experience by taking ownership and effectively managing our customer requests and queries to completion. In either role, you will be responsible for handing calls and managing other customer interactions. Your proven track record of outstanding customer service combined with commercial awareness will make you our type of person! You will be able to demonstrate IT proficiency to utilise our internal Customer Relationship Manager and SAP systems. 

More specifically, the Customer Service Advisor role also involves:
• Resolution of customer queries at first contact where possible, to provide an excellent and easy customer experience
• Handling inbound calls, emails, live chat and social media queries in line with SLAs
• Identify and capture root cause outcomes in order to resolve and prevent customer dissatisfaction
• Assisting with the production of reports, pricing, in line with business guidelines, and any other information requested by customers
• Use own judgement to ensure first contact resolution, engaging cross functionally to provide excellent customer service

More specifically, the Inbound Sales Advisor role also involves:
• Handling inbound customer sales queries, orders and quotations related activities across multiple channels
• Actively upsell, cross and switch selling whilst promoting online self-serve channel
• Achieve daily and monthly inbound customer dial and conversion targets
• Support and participate with Arco sales promotions and ensure all leads are acted upon within SLAs determined
• Use own judgement to ensure first contact resolution, engaging cross functionally to provide excellent customer service

This is a full-time position, and will cover 37.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday
