Salary: £25k per year + relocation and regular salary reviews

A scheme that gives you great understanding of how different departments work together
This challenging two-year scheme is a busy mix of work placements, project assignments and development training. You’ll be following a structured programme, working in four of our businesses across our Group. If you’re not set on working in one particular function, then this is the perfect scheme for you; during the two years, you could find yourself anywhere from an operations role at Jacksons in Hull, to a sales and marketing role at The Food Doctor in central London. No matter where your journey with us leads, the range of experience you’ll gain will prove invaluable.
We take your learning and development seriously
We’ll also set you up with a two-year training plan, which includes externally accredited courses, as well as personal development training designed to build management skills.

If you are a recent graduate (2016 onwards), or are in your final year of study.
We’re not looking for any degree subjects in particular; our current grads have studied everything from languages to zoology! What’s more important is that you can demonstrate a real passion for the food industry and want to develop a great knowledge of the different functions.
We’re looking for managers in the making
Strong organisational and communication skills are a must. You’ll also need good analytical and problem solving skills as you’ll be identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. The role requires plenty of flexibility, not only will you move between roles in four very different functions, you will be completing your placements across our different businesses that are located across the country.
