Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with the management of key customers
  • Attending sales meetings with customers to discuss their existing solutions and future requirements
  • Following up on sales opportunities and liaising with both internal staff and external suppliers
  • Creating quotations and proposals for IT and software solutions
  • Updating our CRM system with accurate information about customers, meetings and sales opportunities

Required Skills

  • A high technical understanding of IT systems and software applications
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how businesses work
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
  • An excellent eye for details
  • Ideally you will have experience of working with Microsoft, Sophos or Sage products
