Key Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls, assist in overflow calls and log where necessary
  • Responsible for auctioning all the daily post in and out of the office
  • Ensure all deliveries are updated daily on Exchequer
  • Prepare lunch requirements in advance of all scheduled meetings where applicable
  • Ensure you follow the office lockdown procedure by ensuring all windows are closed and locked and all electrical equipment is switched off each evening
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable to all customers and cleared of all daily deliveries
  • Manage DHL returns
  • Prepare greeting PowerPoints for our meeting room TV’s
  • To undertake other duties of a clerical nature as instructed by the PA to the Directors

Essential Skills

  • Experience as a Receptionist
  • A*-C English and Maths GCSE’s
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience on Exchequer accounts software would be beneficial
