With growing demand for our services we need more people to join our motivated and skilled staff team to help us deliver the best support across Hull, East Riding, North and North East Lincolnshire.
The focus of this work is to support people to develop the necessary skills to maximise their independency in the community and lead a more fulfilling life.
You should have a basic understanding of common mental health and social issues with a good level of commitment and a genuine willingness to undertake, and engage in, appropriate training.
We are looking for people who are confident, non-judgmental, assertive, empathetic and able to listen to people.
Support is delivered either in community settings or in the individual’s own home. Hours of work may be between the hours of 8.00am until 8.00pm, 7 days per week.
Applicants must have a full current driving license and access to a motor vehicle for work purposes as travel will be required.
