The aim of the Isle of Axholme and Hatfield Chase Landscape Partnership is to reconnect local people and communities with their landscape and the heritage within it. The Partnership is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and through contributions from other partners.
It is administered through North Lincolnshire Council, a unitary authority based out of Scunthorpe and runs for 5 years. Recently successful in appointing a Project Manager it now seeks to recruit the following staff to complete its delivery team.
As Administration Assistant you will be involved with the collection and collation of funding claims to the Heritage Lottery Fund along with the administration of accounts and project paperwork, so previous experience in this area is essential.
You will be involved in helping to plan for and run events, which are a key part of delivery for the project as a whole. It is likely that on occasions there will be a need to attend at sites, events and other locations therefore. Experience with updating websites, creating newsletters and using social media is desired.
This part time post is funded by the Heritage Lottery. Based in Scunthorpe it is line managed by the Project Manager. This post offers flexible working hours; eligibility for membership of a Local Government Pension Scheme, and travel and subsistence allowances.
