The Role

The main responsibilities will include assisting with the overall smooth running of the office, including collecting, opening and preparing the mail and DX, assisting with stationery orders and local deliveries, as well as other general admin support tasks, which may involve some manual handling.

In addition you will be required to provide cover for reception when needed.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 5.00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break. 36.25 hours per week The position will initially be for a 12 month period and will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to gain work based experience whilst working towards an NVQ level 2 in Business Administration.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and basic IT skills are a requirement for this position. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) grade C or above to include Maths and English and ideally 3 A levels (or equivalent)
