The successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge and experience in using information technology such as AIS, Word and Excel to enable the processing of DoLS Applications and ensuring these are sent out in a timely manner.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the resilience to work under pressure and be flexible in your approach.
You will also possess good IT skills and be expected to input data on the Adult Information System (AIS) and database which is essential in collating data for the performance agenda as well as compiling a complete individual electronic social care record.
All new staff will receive a comprehensive induction, regular supervision, employee development reviews and training opportunities. The team currently operates between Monday and Friday however a move to seven day working is under consideration.
