This role is based within a highly experienced team of colleagues and will work closely with Faculty colleagues to provide an excellent applicant experience.

We are looking for a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who can deliver outstanding customer service, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. The role will be focused on supporting the undergraduate admissions applicant journey from application through to pre-enrolment.
The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the development of the Service through the review of existing working practices, systems and processes while making recommendations for improvements.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong IT skills who proactively prioritises workloads of others and their own, can work on their own initiative as well as be members of a highly motivated team.
The role is full-time; however, some flexibility to work out of hours or at weekends to support open days, peak periods of application processing or other ad hoc recruitment activities is needed in order to support business need and provide an excellent customer experience.
