We’re on the lookout for a superstar all-round doer-of-everything-that-needs-doing, to keep our busy office and our people shining at their best. In this pivotal agency role you’ll be managing all day-to-day office functions (whether we’re in the office or at home). 

This includes managing diaries, keeping supplies of stuff we need topped up, managing contracts, organising the logistics around workshops and events, booking travel and hotels, liaising with suppliers including IT support teams, answering phones and general emails, supporting with recruitment and induction planning and any number of ad hoc projects and random requests. One thing’s for sure, you’ll never be short of something to do, fix, progress or create.

  • I have significant experience in administrating the needs of a busy thriving small business
  • I’m a natural communicator and I get along quickly and easily with all kinds of folk
  • I’m financially proficient and I’m no stranger to an Excel spreadie
  • I’m comfortable working on systems – raising and checking invoices (when I’m covering for the business manager)
  • I’m meticulously organised and confidently plan, co-ordinate and manage many projects and activities simultaneously
  • I am collaborative and constantly aiming for the highest standards
  • I’m tenacious and resourceful and no matter what is thrown my way I always find a way to make it happen – I positively thrive on getting stuff done
  • I’m always looking for and creating opportunities to add value to the teams and business I work with
  • I take responsibility for my own happiness and never wait for someone else to motivate me
  • I’m naturally curious and am constantly growing and learning by trying out new things


Ideally, you’ll be used to working in a fast paced environment, if not actually in an agency yet. For this to really work, though – you do need to have a sense of the diverse mix of challenges that you’ll face every day in a business like H&H.  Wherever you are right now, let’s chat, because sometimes the grass is greener…
