You can find more information about our growing programme on our website: www.artlinkhull.co.uk Due to changes in Artlink’s developing Board of Trustees, we have taken the decision to recruit externally for a new Chair and are seeking applicants for this role. Role of the Chair and Artlink’s Board of Trustees The Chair leads the Board of Trustees whose duty is to act in the interests of Artlink’s beneficiaries. To uphold the vision, values, and aims of Artlink and to be collectively responsible for the strategic operation of the organisation in accordance with Artlink’s constitutional, legal and financial obligations.

Meetings of the Board

The Board formally meets quarterly. In addition there is an annual Staff and Board meeting and an Annual General Meeting. There are also Sub-Committees which some Board members join if related to their areas of interest and/or expertise.

Being a Trustee is an unpaid voluntary post, but costs of travel and other reasonable expenses in the course of your duties as a Trustee can be reimbursed.

Other Trustee positions

In addition to recruiting a new Chair, we are also always interested in hearing from people who may want to join us as a general Trustee. If this is of interest, please apply via the same method but indicate in your application you wish to apply to be a Trustee rather than Chair.
