You will be responsible for managing our CI practice and identify opportunities to improve our processes, across our expanding business. Working with senior managers you will enable us to adopt a CI mindset, helping us to deliver the best quality products aligning with the company strategy, minimising and making our processes more efficient and ensuring we maintain our ISO standards. You will work closely with our amazing teams and the analysing data you will create and roll out our CI strategy.

What you will do

  • By analysing current business processes you will identify, initiate, and drive business improvement processes and projects with the aim of making all processes as streamlined as possible.
  • Coach and guide stakeholders in adopting a continuous improvement mindset and continually embedding into company culture and routine
  • Collaborate with our parent company (NPS) to look for synergies and ways their existing procedures could be adopted, improved and implemented
  • Lead complex quality resolution programmes
  • Co-ordinate and conduct quality improvement meetings to ensure the Quality Management System remains effective and relevant to business needs and co-ordinate the implementation of any corrective actions or improvement activities
  • Liaise with BSI and maintain APD’s accreditations

 

What you have already done

  • Experience leading on CI initiatives
  • Software / tech industry experience would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of ISO9000: 2000, ISO 27001, TickIT and CMM (capability maturity model)
  • Good communication skills across all levels with the confidence to challenge and implement change

Location
Our main office is Hull, HU1 1RR, but you could be based remotely, with regular visits to the office to collaborate with the teams.
