The Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager; we are seeking a talented digital marketing manager to join our award-winning marketing team. You should be motivated by lead generation and be able to adapt your approach to maximising conversions. You'll work with our digital agency to come up with creative digital solutions to finding and converting consumers and manage all the businesses digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Alongside our agency, plan and oversee all digital marketing to achieve lead generation objectives. This includes SEO, email, social media and online advertising campaigns, including display and retargeting.
  • Use strong analytical ability to evaluate the effectiveness of our customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Vigilant actioning and reporting on leads in the system.
  • Capture, track and nurture consumer data by developing engaging journeys that convert to sales.
  • Be responsible for the website and its development.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence alongside the Head of PR and Communications.
  • Identify trends and insights, and work with the marketing director to optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Accountable for forecasting & adjusting digital budget spend.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
  • Manage agency relationships.

 

Essential / Desirable Criteria

  • Preferably a degree or qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO, marketing databases, email, social media.
  • Experience in testing and optimising campaigns based on engagement and insight.
  • Good command of English
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
