The Humber LEP’s Business Growth Hub offers a “one stop shop” for finding sources of business support through a website and business advisers located around the Humber.  It brings together multiple partners to co-ordinate and develop the Humber’s business support infrastructure.

The LEP is seeking a talented individual to manage the Growth Hub partnership, working closely with a range of support providers and the programme management team for the ESIF-funded support programmes that will be delivered under the Growth Hub banner.

As an experienced economic development professional with an excellent understanding of small business, you will be practised in working at a senior level with businesses, local authorities and Government agencies to deliver economic growth.

You will support the Growth Hub steering group to ensure the partnership continues to develop and grow, providing an excellent service to businesses in the region.

You will also work with Government departments and agencies to ensure that the requirements of the Growth Hub’s funding are met, and the Humber continues to be positioned as one of the best performing areas.

You will represent the Humber on northern and national initiatives, building collaborations with other LEPs and national organisations.

You will build and maintain a strong team including LEP officers and officers working for partners across the Humber to ensure effective service delivery.

This role is an opportunity to make a substantial contribution to the growth and prosperity of the region, and would suit someone who is well-organised, creative and solution-driven.
