You will be responsible for managing workforce development within Adult Social Care, working with L&D Assistant Head of Service & L&D Commissioning Manager to plan and develop relevant high quality training courses to ensure staff are confident in their day-to-day practice. You will work with and alongside the Principal Social Worker and Professional Practice leads to ensure that staff have all the training, guidance and support they need to be legally compliant in their practice and that it meets the highest professional standards.
You will have experience of delivering, monitoring and planning workforce needs and training programmes at a strategic and operational level and be educated to degree standard or have equivalent level of experience.
