Provides 2nd and 3rd line support where a request cannot be facilitated by the integrated Service Desk. Undertakes technical changes and minor upgrades to application systems which include changes to system code, development and continuous improvements of integration solutions and middleware applications and maintenance and upkeep of user interfaces. Manages the relationship, contracts and performance of suppliers.
Works with Infrastructure, Unified Networks solutions teams and Business Information systems solutions teams to transition new ICT services and solutions into operation through change management whilst ensuring they comply with ICT standards, policies and Procedures. Ensures that resources are available to meet the service demands.
