A vacancy exists in the Performance Team of Children, Young People and Family Services. The post will to support the service and its partners, including schools and settings, in maintaining a high level of demographic and statistical intelligence relating to key priority areas, targeted support and trends in performance.  The post forms part of a virtual performance team in the delivery of outcomes oriented to services which promote children and young peoples’ health, safety, achievement, enjoyment, contribution and economic well being within the City of Kingston upon Hull.

You will work to the Information Management and Research Manager, contributing to the outputs of a dynamic and responsive team and have close professional working relationships with members of  other teams including Early Years, Health and Childrens Social Care.

You will take a supporting role in the collection, collation and aggregation of raw data, the provision of timely and accurate analyses and the identification of outcomes and trends.

You should have experience in electronic methods of data aggregation and manipulation and experience of working within an operational support role specifically within Children, Young People and Family Services.

You will need to have a supportive and enabling approach to working with service providers and be able to engage with senior managers within both the service and its partners.
