You will engage and develop associated partnerships with local stakeholders across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. You will be required to work with local employers to directly source work experience opportunities for young people with Special Educational Needs in years 10 and/or 11 in secondary schools. You will establish and maintain a co-ordinated work experience approach across the Work Insight project and develop positive relationships across all stakeholders. You will support the achievement of the overall objectives and targets set within the Work Insight project delivery plan.

You will be required to provide information, statistics and reports on scope, range and satisfaction of project outcomes and ensure effective project evaluation is achieved.

You will ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all participants on the Work insight project and ensure all work experience opportunities are safe for vulnerable young people. 

You will provide effective matching of young people to employers and provide ongoing support to parents / carers, vulnerable young people and employers.
