Following a restructure and, with exciting plans for the future, the Board is expanding its organisation with a variety of roles. Could you be part of our success story as we approach our 40th anniversary?

As a result of the transformation, an excellent opportunity for a strong Administrator and Training Coordinator has arisen.   You will be based at the iconic Humber Bridge, Hessle, carrying out a range of administrative duties supporting the Head of Engineering and Infrastructure, and the Head of Operations.  You will also lead on the co-ordination and ensure delivery of the Humber Bridge Board’s training and development. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Diary management and co-ordination
  • Production of agendas, reports and minutes
  • Project planning and monitoring
  • Maintenance and monitoring of database systems
  • Working with managers to identify training and development needs with HBB through job analysis, appraisal schemes
  • Organise, or source training programmes to meet specific training needs
  • Maintain employee training records and training matrix

To be considered for the role, you will need: 

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant area
  • To be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • To be able to demonstrate other relevant experience as detailed in the job description
