North Lincolnshire Adult Services Home First ethos is centred on supporting people to return home as quickly as possible following a period of rehabilitation. You will be providing business support with Home First - Residential, providing provides rehabilitation for up to 30 placements to vulnerable adults. We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to deliver effective reception/administrative support; including word processing, clerical support and directing enquiries to the appropriate service teams. A working knowledge of council systems, CareFirst would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided. This role is a key role in providing a comprehensive and professional contact service for the public and professionals, linking with appropriate service teams within the Adults & Community Wellbeing service.
Applicants must be able to work at other sites across North Lincolnshire and have previous experience of basic routine tasks using numeracy, accuracy and literacy skills. You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work as part of a team.
