The role will manage the Strategy and Marketing Programme for the Utilities, Transport, Facilities Management and Public Sectors, working alongside two other Sector Marketing Managers covering the rest of the UK Market. You’ll be identifying and developing opportunities in your sectors and building a strategy to win. As Sector Marketing Manager, you’ll develop insights, conduct research and define priorities, documenting the sector’s overall scope, as well as gathering and collating information on how our competitors handle the clients we want – from range to supply chain to marketing. You’ll also:

• Maintain a customer target strategy and sector-level growth figures
• Provide sales teams with presentation collateral

Of graduate calibre with a marketing or business qualification – ideally from the Professional Chartered Institute of Marketing – you should be a confident communicator and able to work well across team borders. Customer focus is critical, and your history of success in generating commercial propositions will showcase your knowledge of customer segmentation and Customer Value Proposition development. Prior experience working with CEB Challenger Marketing techniques will be a distinct advantage. As Sector Marketing Manager, you’ll also need experience of:

• collaborating with sales teams and service colleagues to develop specific sector opportunities
• Strategy development and implementation
• researching and developing customer insights
• Developing marketing campaigns or programmes
