Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Social and Digital Exec to join our growing Communications Team to develop and deliver the Group’s digital strategies. Working with the Head of Communications, you’ll have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and be responsible for creating engaging content across our social media channels, website and digital comms, as well as running paid-for campaigns. Working in a fast-paced environment, enthusiasm and excitement for all things digital is a must! Website management and SEO will also fall under your remit and you’ll play a key role in taking our digital comms to the next level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating all digital activity across the Group’s marketing and communication strategies for 11 brands
  • Planning and managing digital campaigns, including social media, PPC and eMarketing
  • Planning and writing organic social media content and developing content marketing strategies
  • Live social media, when required
  • Managing website CMS platforms, including content editing and improving UX
  • SEO and key word analysis, improvement plans and implementation
  • Digital reporting and analysing performance of activity
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients, internal customers and stakeholders
  • Support the Head of Communications and Directors as necessary to meet the marketing and communications needs of the business


Skills and Attributes

  • Full Driving Licence, valid in the UK and own transport.
  • A love of all things digital marketing and passion for keeping on top of emerging trends
  • Energy, drive and a hunger for delivering results
  • Digital marketing experience within a commercial environment
  • Ability to plan and manage campaigns from start to finish, including timescales and budgets
  • Experience in developing and/or maintaining websites and working with content management systems, specifically WordPress
  • Proven understanding of digital platforms, including SEO
  • Excellent copy writing skills across social and digital channels, for a range of diverse audiences
  • Experience of curating film content for use across digital
  • An analytical approach to results and reporting
  • Your written and verbal communication skills will be in constant use, so it’s essential you’re a good communicator and can develop strong relationships across the business
  • A ‘hands on’ and proactive approach will be key, as will your organisational skills and ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
  • You’ll need a positive and professional attitude and be smart in appearance
  • Have the ability to work as a team member in a busy and fast paced working environment
  • A positive approach to learning, development and progression
  • Have a flexible outlook towards hours worked


  • A basic understanding of design / Adobe suite
