This is a key role in our Membership Services Team with the main aim of ensuring members and clients who are delighted with their experience when we work with them. This role requires the highest quality of communication with our members including ensuring we engage with our members regularly including diary management, resource allocation and detailed record keeping of the work we do to support our members.
The Beech Centre recently applied to government to establish a new Institute in the UK for Organisational Development professionals. The work we do to support our members in their Organisational Development work includes diagnostic work, collaborative consulting and a range of bespoke development programmes. This role is pivotal in ensuring we keep everything on track.
This role holds operational responsibility for all aspects of the support we provide our members from bookings, contracts and payments to evaluation and follow up, including relevant budgetary responsibility. You should be familiar with social media as a way to promote our work and be confident on the telephone, in written communication and in meeting face to face with people.
