Responsible for: Creating a culture of philanthropy at Hull Truck Theatre, forging relationships with a wide range of individuals and organisations to secure investment to support the theatre’s ambitious vision for the future - on stage and in the community.

Introduction:

The work of Development in building relationships will be crucial to Hull Truck Theatre securing the investment that is pivotal to our core work and securing our future. The post holder will join during our Anniversary celebrations, where we will look back at the achievements of the last 50 years and also look forward to the next 50. The post will develop and manage all fundraising activities: charitable grants, Individual giving from major donors to audience appeals, regular membership and legacies, corporate sponsorship. Working with the Senior Management team and Trustees to build a portfolio of fundraised income in excess of £60kpa (unrestricted) and further project-specific funding.
