If you have experience of commissioning, market shaping and development of services in the context of the personalisation and self directed support agenda; combined with effective management and leaderhsip skills that achieve outcomes for individuals; then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

You will work as a key member of the Commissioning Management team, leading on all aspects of commissioning cycle activity; ensuring we work with partners to commission effectively and make best use of all available resources. Your focus will be on personalised support, ensuring markets work in person-centred ways and creating an effective and efficient system for self directed support in Hull

You will deliver commissioning activities in a person centred, solution focused way, using the principles of co-production to on identifying and designing services that support the effective delivery of our new operating model and help people to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.
