As a result of the transformation, an excellent opportunity for a strong Facilities Manager has arisen. You will be based at the Humber Bridge, Hessle, and be responsible for ensuring the Humber Bridge’s buildings, property and estate are maintained in a safe and service-able condition in line with the asset management plan and current legislation together with the health and safety of those who use and may be affected by the assets.
In this autonomous role you will be responsible ensuring the Humber Bridge adopts best practice in asset management principles together lifecycle planning and whole life costing. In addition, you will provide professional advice to the Senior Management Team, partners and stakeholders. You will also work collaboratively with your colleagues to develop and monitor the performance management of services and teams through the departmental business planning process to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of departmental outcomes.
