NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is the multi-award winning NHS body which commissions health services for the city. We never stop learning as an organisation and we work in partnership with a myriad of public and private partners to deliver our vision of creating a healthier Hull.

We’re seeking applications for the vacant post of Lay Member for Strategic Change. This is one of the three non-executive roles on the CCG Board. The post-holder has a central role in championing the large scale system transformation and change management programmes necessary to deliver the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan.

Whilst an understanding of the national NHS, social care and wider public sector context is important, we are equally seeking an exceptional candidate who can draw on their considerable experience of working at a senior strategic level in a large, complex and fast changing environment - either in the public, business or industry sectors – in order to apply their insight to the multifaceted, transformational work of the CCG.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and vibrant Board with a relentless focus on improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Hull.
