As we move into our fourth year as an agency, you will be joining us in our new home in Hull’s creative quarter, the Fruit Market, helping us to build on a level of growth which has seen us shortlisted for multiple regional industry awards.

What you’ll be doing
• Leading on content strategy, planning and delivery on accounts across a range of industries
• Planning and delivering content marketing campaigns, supported with developing outreach partnerships and relationships
• Executing paid social media strategy to deliver integrated social media content campaigns
• Managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms
• Working closely with our digital, PR and creative teams to develop content as part of our integrated approach
• Copywriting for multiple print and digital formats, adapting your style to suit different tones of voice
• Reviewing your own and other’s content, including optimising content for SEO and reviewing Pace’s own output
• Educating and auditing clients and our internal team on content best-engage practice
• Managing workloads, briefing and delegating to the wider team to assist with content delivery
• Reporting on the effectiveness of your content using a variety of platforms and tools
• Building client relationships by making proactive recommendations
• Mentoring more junior members of the team to help to develop the agency’s content proposition

What you’ll need
• A minimum of 2 years content marketing experience
• Knowledge of the intricacies of the agency-client relationship, ideally from agency-side experience
• A deep understanding of the importance of effective content distribution and a multi-channel approach
• A creative eye for exciting content opportunities
• Client-facing experience and confidence with leading meetings and calls
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure the smooth delivery of client content requirements on-time
• A basic understanding of user experience and how content can impact it
• An understanding of the commercial value of content and the importance of measuring success/failure of projects
• A passion for content marketing and an eagerness to keep abreast of industry news and trends
