The Production and Campaign Manager will play a vital role in the development and delivery of the University marketing strategy. Specifically, the role holder will work to transform the approach and drive step change in the development and production of multi-channel marketing activities that inspire and engage key audiences to optimise student recruitment and brand positioning, developing a consistent, strategic approach aligned to clear strategic objectives.
The Production and Campaign Manager which be responsible for leading and managing the planning and delivery of sector leading content and multi-channel campaigns that inspire and engage key audiences to drive competitive advantage. The role holder will champion new user trends and look to create ever more innovative, exciting and relevant – youth focused – content, campaigns and materials that will be widely viewed and shared that enhance the user experience.
The role holder will play a critical role in managing the planning and delivery of all University production including publications and marketing materials; ensuring high impact and quality throughout. The Production and Campaign Manager will lead and manage an annual production schedule of all University publications and marketing materials – including design and print management with internal and external suppliers - to ensure all publications and materials are delivered on time, to high quality, within budget and with excellent client service. As such, the role will involve the management of a challenging, complex and dynamic workload.
The Production and Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in developing, building and leading a new, high performance production and campaign team of twelve highly specialised individuals. covering design, image development and content production & editing across online and offline platforms (publications, printed materials, website, CRM communications, social media and future communication and technology platforms e.g. voice).
The role holder will champion best practice, value for money & client service across the University and with key partners, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
The Production and Campaign Manager will play a lead role as a ‘brand champion’ in the activation of the University’s visual identity and all creative executions; developing and taking to market a compelling & differentiated proposition across all University content, publications and platforms.
