At CHCP CIC we are committed to developing all of our staff and supporting them with training. Upon commencement of your role, we can support with your enrolment onto the Level 2 Functional Skills Maths & English course if you do not already have these qualifications to support with any future development. We’re looking for a motivated and passionate energy, environment and sustainability manager to join our organisation. You will take the lead on the development and delivery of sustainability across the CHCP Group. This is a really exciting role, in which you’ll be directly supporting the delivery of our climate ambitions which will be set out in our sustainability strategy.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the CHCP energy and sustainability strategy as well as helping drive sustainability throughout the full scope of CHCP services. You will also work closely with colleagues and external partners to help CHCP reach our energy and sustainability targets.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, should have a solid understanding of Sustainability and the NHS Net Zero Agenda, excellent data analytical skills and a degree in an energy management/sustainability related subject. You'll also be comfortable sharing and presenting your ideas both internally and externally.
