This interactive session will be hosted by employee engagement experts Helen and Hannah from H&H – the UK’s leading employee engagement agency. Drawing on their experience and insight, they’ll demonstrate how an engaged and motivated workforce fuels productivity and the difference it could make to our region.  They’ll leave you with some valuable takeaways that you can immediately apply in your own business.

About the H’s in H&H

H&H is an internal communications and employee engagement agency founded in 2011 by Creative Director Hannah Thoresby and MD Helen Bissett. Headquartered in the Humber, the agency works with businesses around the world to transform the way people connect, communicate and interact at work. They are exclusive licence holders for PRINT® UK.

Helen’s career began in global brand management - where she was responsible for a portfolio in excess of £100m. A heady mix of curiosity and life changing events, led her into the world of behavioural psychology and linguistics – sparking a fascination with improving the employee experience.  Helen is an NLP Master practitioner, has an MSc in transformational coaching. She is active in her local community as a business mentor and supporting local charities.

After studying art and media at university, Hannah kicked off her career as a graphic designer in a brand and marketing agency. Here she quickly rose to the role of Creative Director, leading and inspiring teams of designers, photographers and copy writers. She launched her own agency in 2007, providing consultancy to well-known brands such as MKM, Reckitt Benckisers and Ideal Standard. Before discovering an even greater passion for internal communications and the world of employee engagement. Hannah is an NLP Practitioner, a qualified Silversmith and a Trustee for Emmaus Hull.
