DoubleTree by Hilton Hull, 24 Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8NH
Following on from a successful introductory webinar in September 2021, which can be viewed here, renewable energy company Drax is continuing a programme of supplier engagement to help deliver its pioneering bioenergy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) project in the Humber. BECCS is a climate-saving negative emissions technology that will be critical to helping the UK reach net zero while putting the Humber region at the heart of a global green economy.
Drax are inviting new and prospective suppliers to attend one of two roadshow events across the Humber and Teesside to learn more about how to get involved with BECCS at Drax. The roadshow events will be co-hosted by Drax and our FEED partners, Worley. Suppliers hoping to work on the project will have the opportunity to discuss detailed plans for construction of BECCS at Drax with Drax and Worley engineers and submit a formal expression of interest for the project via the supplier registration portal, Requis.
